Youth Programs

Grades K-6th

Run4Fun Run4Life Presented by Runner2Runner Foundation offers exciting six-week youth programs that make running enjoyable while fostering a lifelong healthy relationship with exercise. Led by mentored high school athletes, these programs include twice-weekly practices featuring dynamic stretching, core exercises, running workouts, and fun games. Participants learn the fundamentals of cross country and track and field in a non-competitive environment, promoting both fitness and fun.

Fun-Focused Training

Our youth programs are designed to make fitness fun and exciting. With engaging activities, dynamic stretching, and age-appropriate running workouts, kids enjoy every session while learning the fundamentals of cross country and track and field.

Comprehensive Curriculum

Our six-week programs include 12 practices, each packed with warm-ups, core exercises, running workouts, and games. We emphasize a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring that kids learn the importance of flexibility, strength, and endurance in a supportive and non-competitive environment.

Mentored by High School Athletes

Each practice is led by high school athletes who have been specially mentored to provide the best coaching experience. This peer-led approach not only enhances the training but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and inspiration among participants.

End-of-Season Celebration

At the end of each season, we celebrate the achievements of all participants with a friendly inter-squad competition and awards. This event is a fun way to recognize the hard work and progress of our young athletes, encouraging them to continue their fitness journey.
