High School Programs
Empowering Future Coaches: High School Programs
Our high school programs are designed to empower student-athletes by giving them the opportunity to coach youth in cross country and track and field. High school athletes receive mentorship and training through weekly calls. They also gain access to all necessary equipment, curriculum development, and program resources. This partnership helps promote lifelong healthy habits and educates the next generation of phenomenal coaches.
Donations are made to participating programs at the end of the season.
Youth Programs
Fun and Fitness: Youth Programs
Run4Fun Run4Life offers exciting six-week youth programs that make running enjoyable while fostering a lifelong healthy relationship with exercise. Led by mentored high school athletes, these programs include twice-weekly practices featuring dynamic stretching, core exercises, running workouts, and fun games. Participants learn the fundamentals of cross country and track and field in a non-competitive environment, promoting both fitness and fun.
Title I Programs
Opportunities for All: Title I Programs
Run4Fun Run4Life is committed to creating equal opportunities for all youth by offering special events at local Title I schools. These programs aim to provide fun, engaging sports experiences without financial stress. By focusing on underserved communities, we help instill essential life skills, develop a passion for lifelong fitness, and foster leadership abilities in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Building a LOVE for Health and Wellness
At Runner2Runner Foundation, we inspire kids to embrace running and healthy living from an early age. Our programs make fitness fun and engaging, helping kids develop habits that promote lifelong health and well-being. Through supportive coaching and exciting activities, we help young athletes discover the joy of staying active and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Learning and Growing together
Runner2Runner Foundation creates a space where youth and mentors come together to learn, grow, and inspire one another. Our programs bridge the gap between generations, empowering high school athletes to coach and mentor younger children. This dynamic interaction fosters mutual respect, leadership skills, and a sense of community, ensuring that the values of fitness and wellness are passed down and celebrated across generations.
